Spain to face Equatorial Guinea

Spain will face Equatorial Guinea in an international friendly next week.

The Spanish Football Federation have confirmed that Spain will face Equatorial Guinea in an international friendly next week.

Gabon had been rumoured opponents for the European and World champions, but Guinea have now been confirmed as their opponents on November 16.

Vicente del Bosque's side will then face South Africa in Johannesburg on November 19 as they continue their preparations for the World Cup next summer.

The Spain squad for the two friendly matches will be named tomorrow, with Atletico Madrid's Diego Costa expected to receive his first call-up.
