Curtis Good eyeing another loan spell

Newcastle United youngster Curtis Good expresses interest in going out on loan to a lower-division club.

Newcastle United youngster Curtis Good has expressed interest in going out on another loan spell when the transfer window reopens.

The Australia Under-20 international completed a loan stint with Bradford City last season and is keen to gain more experience.

"I'm not sure at the moment what I'll do, but I'd love another loan spell. I'd love to be playing professional football week in, week out," he told the Evening Chronicle.

"If I could, I'd be looking for a loan, but that's up to the manager. I'll just keep working hard here, and try and get closer to the first team.

"It's always good when you take a step forward in your career. It gives you confidence. It makes you hungry for more. You want to go further."

The defender has earned 13 caps for Australia at Under-20 level.
