Joe Hart says that Manchester City are already focusing on their next game against Newcastle United.

Joe Hart has played down talk of Manchester City winning the title following their 1-0 win over Manchester United at the Etihad Stadium.

The England international has vowed not to let tonight's crucial victory change how they approach their next fixture against Newcastle United.

Hart admitted that City's form has not been great of late but believes that they have now put their blip behind them.

"There has been a lot of build-up to this for weeks and weeks and weeks outside of the team, but we've concentrated on what we have to do," the Citizens goalkeeper told Sky Sports News. "We've not been great sometimes but we're on a good run at the moment and we played a very good side there and beat them.

"It doesn't change how we feel and how we go into every game. It's great to win tonight, but Newcastle is now our focus and they are really pumping themselves up in the league.

"The game at St James' Park is going to be tough. They have great support there but hopefully we can push on and get one game closer."

City are now ahead of their cross-city rivals on goal difference with just two games remaining.
