Liverpool striker Luis Suarez insists that he has not taken any notice of the criticism he has received this season.

Liverpool forward Luis Suarez has insisted that he has not listened to the criticism aimed at him this season.

Despite impressing for the Merseyside club this season, the Uruguayan has been picked out by some media outlets for apparent diving.

Suarez said: "Everyone's got the right to have an opinion, but if I had to listen to every comment from every media outlet I'd go crazy.

"Whatever I do on the field, good or bad, is going to receive some comment so I deal with it by trying not to pay too much attention to it.

"What's important to me is the way my teammates treat me, and the relationship I've got with them. I enjoy the support of the fans, and I'm at a club where I'm very happy. That's very important."

Suarez has netted 11 times in the Premier League this season.
