Inter Milan manager Claudio Ranieri has claimed that his side hope to win the Serie A title after their 1-0 win at Siena.

Luc Castaignos's last-gasp goal has pushed the Nerazzuri up into 12th after a poor start to the season.

"We are aiming for the scudetto," Ranieri told reporters. "We've given ourselves the target of winning everything, we're going well and we have to carry on."

Elsewhere, Inter's local rivals A.C. Milan have kept pressure on league leaders Juventus after their convincing 4-0 win at home to Chievo.
