Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson says that his side are not "the finished article", despite their improved run of form in the Premier League.

Crystal Palace boss Roy Hodgson has stressed that his side must continue to improve if they want to remain in the Premier League.

Hodgson has helped guide the Eagles to the brink of moving outside of the relegation zone, with 10 points and no defeats coming from their last half-a-dozen fixtures.

However, despite acknowledging their upturn in form, Hodgson has insisted that his team are not "the finished article".

Hodgson told reporters: "Nothing has changed for me or my staff. We have worked exactly the same way since we came in.

"We can only hope to continue with what we've achieved so far. We aren't the finished article, but if you ask am I pleased with what we have done in the last 10 games, the table does look better."

Palace make the trip to the East Midlands to face Leicester City on Saturday.
