Chelsea defender David Luiz has revealed that the Blues have been given permission to express their opinions during matches.
The Brazilian believes that being able to criticise one another has allowed the club to emerge from their slump in form.
"We have complete freedom on the pitch to give our opinions, and to speak out – even to the extent of criticising our teammates harshly," Luiz told The Sun.
"We were not having such a good spell recently, but now nobody talks about that."
Chelsea could strengthen their grip on third spot in the Premier League with victory over Wigan on Saturday evening.
