Cesc Fabregas proud of first Premier League title win

Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas expresses his pride at winning his first Premier League title.

Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has described winning his first Premier League title as one of the proudest moments in his career.

The 28-year-old has won the World Cup, the European Championship, La Liga, the Copa del Rey, the FA Cup and a League Cup during his career with the likes of Arsenal, Spain, Barcelona and Chelsea, but the ex-Gunners captain reserved a special mention for getting his hands on English football's top prize on Sunday.

He tweeted: "One of the proudest moments of my career! What a feeling!!!!! #Double"


Fabregas joined Chelsea from Barcelona last summer for around £30m.
