Thomas Muller, Philipp Lahm sign new Bayern Munich deals

Bayern Munich duo Thomas Muller and Philipp Lahm sign new long-term deals with the Bundesliga club.

Bayern Munich have agreed new deals with striker Thomas Muller and defender Philipp Lahm.

Both players had been linked with a transfer to England after this summer's World Cup, but the German outfit have moved to quash speculation regarding their possible departures.

Muller, who has scored 99 goals in 256 appearances for Bayern since his debut in 2008, has extended his stay with the club until 2019.

Lahm, who is captain of Pep Guardiola's side, has signed a contract that will see him remain at the Allianz Arena until 2018.
