Aymen Abdennour proud to have joined AS Monaco

AS Monaco loan signing Aymen Abdennour says that he is proud to have joined the club on loan from Toulouse.

New AS Monaco loan signing Aymen Abdennour has said that he is proud to have joined the club, while also praising his new team's setup and ambitions.

The Tunisian defender has moved from Toulouse on loan until the end of the season, with his new club also having the option to sign Abdennour on a four-year deal.

"I am proud. AS Monaco FC is a big club, very professional with a great technical staff, high quality players and big ambition," Abdennour told the club's official website.

"I'm ready to help my new teammates, I will do everything I can to succeed. We have a fantastic goal."

Monaco are currently sitting in second place in the Ligue 1 table.
