Report: Jack Wilshere wants Arsenal stay

Despite links with the likes of Manchester City, Jack Wilshere is reportedly determined to stay with Arsenal.

Jack Wilshere reportedly has no interest in leaving Arsenal this summer.

Manchester City have recently been linked with the England international, who is also said to be of interest to both Liverpool and Juventus.

However, having been with the Gunners since the age of nine, Wilshere has no intention of cutting ties with his boyhood club, according to the London Evening Standard.

The report adds that the only way Wilshere would consider departing the Emirates Stadium would be if his relationship with manager Arsene Wenger deteriorated to a point that it was no longer workable.

The 23-year-old has not played for the first team since November because of an ankle problem, but he stepped up his comeback last night by featuring for the Under-21s.
