Arsenal midfielder Emmanuel Frimpong will not fight a charge of improper conduct from the Football Association, according to reports.

The Daily Mail understands that the 20-year-old will accept any punishment, most likely a fine, handed to him by the FA after he insulted a Tottenham Hotspur fan on Twitter.

Frimpong had until 4pm on Friday, July 27 to respond to the charge ahead of a disciplinary panel meeting next week.

The Ghanaian has already been fined internally by the Gunners and warned about his future conduct on the social networking site.
