Corinthians are aiming to secure AC Milan striker Alexandre Pato on loan, according to reports.
The Brazilian club, who have been linked with the former Internacional striker for some time, would be willing to contribute half the forward's wages to seal his services on a season-long loan, according to Lancenet.
Pato struggled with injuries for most of the 2011-12 campaign, in which he made a total of 11 league appearances for the Milan outfit.
Meanwhile, the striker's agent Gilmar Veloz refused to rule out a return to South America.
Milan signed the Brazil international from Interacional in 2007.
