West Ham United striker Andre Ayew has reportedly passed his medical ahead of his proposed £18m switch to Swansea City.
The Swans are understood to have agreed a club-record fee to bring the 28-year-old back to the Liberty Stadium, having originally sold him to West Ham for £20.5m in summer 2016.
Ayew made just 50 appearances for West Ham across all competitions, scoring 12 times to match his tally from his one and only season at Swansea.
The Ghanaian international will now finalise personal terms before completing the deal, which is expected to be confirmed before tonight's 11pm deadline.
Swansea have also been linked with a loan move for Leicester City midfielder Andy King on deadline day.
