Tottenham Hotspur willing to end pursuit of West Brom's Saido Berahino?

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly considering walking away from negotiations for West Bromwich Albion striker Saido Berahino after having two bids rejected.

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly considering ending interest in West Bromwich Albion striker Saido Berahino after a second bid was knocked back.

The North London outfit are believed to have submitted a £21m offer earlier this week, but the Baggies rejected their advances.

It appears as though the player himself is keen on a move away from The Hawthorns as he lodged a transfer request on Monday, but West Brom were quick to dismiss it.

According to the Daily Mail, Spurs officials will meet today to discuss potentially tabling a third bid, but they are also pondering pulling out of negotiations altogether as chairman Daniel Levy is unwilling to meet the Baggies' £25m asking price.

There are suggestions that Berahino is frustrated with the situation as he unfollowed West Brom's official Twitter account last night.
