Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Tottenham Hotspur could line up for Wednesday's Premier League clash with Brighton & Hove Albion.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte has no fresh concerns to work around for Wednesday's Premier League clash with Brighton & Hove Albion at the Amex Stadium.

Oliver Skipp and Japhet Tanganga remain sidelined with groin and knee issues respectively, and Ryan Sessegnon's muscular injury will likely keep him out until after the international break.

Conte's men did not pick up any fresh injuries in the 3-2 loss to Manchester United on Saturday, and the Spurs boss may be tempted to name an unchanged side despite the defeat to their top-four rivals.

Cristian Romero, Eric Dier and Ben Davies would shield Hugo Lloris if that is the case, with Davinson Sanchez waiting in the wings should tired legs come into play.

Sergio Reguilon should continue to deputise for the injured Sessegnon on the left, and Matt Doherty ought to edge out Emerson Royal for another start on the right-hand side as he aims to continue his resurgence under Conte.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Rodrigo Bentancur should be fine to go again in midfield, and the same can be said for the bright Dejan Kulusevski and Son Heung-min out wide.

Harry Kane's penalty at Old Trafford saw him equal Wayne Rooney's all-time record of 94 Premier League away goals, and he will have the record-breaking number 95 in his sights this week.

Tottenham possible starting lineup: Lloris; Romero, Dier, Davies; Doherty, Hojbjerg, Bentancur, Reguilon; Kulusevski, Kane, Son
