Nottingham Forest manager Alex McLeish has admitted that he may rotate his squad for his side's FA Cup match with League One club Oldham Athletic.
Forest have picked up just one point from McLeish's opening two games as boss and the former Aston Villa manager has revealed that he may allow some of his squad players to stake a claim for a place in the first team.
McLeish told the Nottingham Post: "I will put a team on the pitch that can get us to play the football we need to get us through to the next round of the competition.
"We have an abundance of players here and whoever comes in should be showing that they deserve to hold on to their place in the team.
"Whether we make massive changes, I don't know. We will try to keep close to the formula we have used in the last few games."
McLeish took charge at the City Ground after Sean O'Driscoll was sacked at the end of December.
