Ryan Giggs thanks players for support

Manchester United interim manager Ryan Giggs thanks the club's players for their support following their 3-1 win over Hull City.

Ryan Giggs has thanked Manchester United's players for their support following the team's final home game of the Premier League season.

United beat Hull City 3-1 at Old Trafford this evening, with 18-year-old striker James Wilson scoring twice on his senior debut for the club.

Addressing the crowd from the pitch at full time, the interim manager said: "I'd just like to say a big thank you from all the players and all the staff for your support this year. A special thanks to Nemanja [Vidic] who is leaving us this year. He goes with all our best wishes for success in the coming years.

"We know it's been tough this season and over the years we've been spoilt with the success we've had but you've always supported the team and the staff and I'm sure in the coming years we'll bring you more success.

"I'd just like to say keep supporting us, you've seen a little glimpse of the future, we always play attractive football, keep supporting us and the good times will come back soon."

United will play Southampton in their final game of the season on Sunday.
