Manchester United defender Phil Jones has been taken to hospital after suffering a shoulder injury during today's Premier League game against Hull City, according to reports.
The England international, expected to be part of Roy Hodgson's 23-man squad for the World Cup in Brazil this summer, was forced off in the opening exchanges of the game at Old Trafford.
Jones appeared to have injured his left shoulder after a collision with Maynor Figueroa in the 17th minute of the match.
According to Sky Sports News, Jones was subsequently taken to a local hospital with his arm in a sling.
England's World Cup squad will be named on Monday.
