Report: Crystal Palace to sign Bolton Wanderers midfielder Lee Chung-yong

Crystal Palace are close to signing Bolton Wanderers midfielder Lee Chung-yong, according to reports.

Crystal Palace are interested in signing Bolton Wanderers midfielder Lee Chung-yong, according to reports.

The South Korea international has six months left on his current contract at the Macron Stadium and is said to be keen on leaving the Trotters after six years at the club.

According to the Daily Mail, the Eagles are looking to make a bid of £1.5m for the 26-year-old, but are stumbling over his reported wage demands of £30,000 per week.

Lee signed for Bolton in August 2009 and has made nearly 200 appearances for the Trotters, scoring three goals in 26 games this season.
