Barry Bannan holding Bolton Wanderers talks?

A report claims that Crystal Palace's Barry Bannan is holding talks with Bolton Wanderers in a deal which could see Lee Chung-Yong head in the opposite direction.

Crystal Palace midfielder Barry Bannan is reportedly locked in talks with Bolton Wanderers over a potential move to the Championship club.

The 25-year-old, who has also been linked with a deadline day switch to Celtic, is said to be closing in on a move to the Macron Stadium in a deal which could become part of Lee Chung-Yong's £1m transfer the other way.

It is claimed by the Daily Mail that Bannan, who has been restricted to just seven appearances in the Premier League this season, may act as a makeweight in the Eagles' hopes of landing Lee.

Palace have this afternoon also signed Andreas Breimyr from Norwegian outfit Bryne FK.
