David Fox makes Colchester United return

Former Norwich midfielder David Fox returns to Colchester United on a three-month deal.

Experienced midfielder David Fox has rejoined Colchester United on a three-month deal.

The 30-year-old played 21 times for the U's during the 2009-10 season before moving to Norwich City.

Fox was released by Norwich over the summer following a four-year spell at Carrow Road.

"David adds experience to a young squad," manager Tony Humes told the club's official website. "He fits our profile of how we want to play the game and will be a good addition to the squad for the coming months."

Colchester are currently in 21st place in the League One table.
