AC Milan reportedly approach Fernando Torres's agent over a potential loan for the Chelsea striker.

AC Milan have reportedly contacted Fernando Torres's agent over a potential move to the Serie A side.

The Chelsea striker is thought to be keen to move on from Stamford Bridge after struggling to secure a regular place in the side.

The Metro reports that the Italian side are initially interested in taking the Spaniard on loan as a replacement for Mario Balotelli, who joined Liverpool earlier today.

Torres joined Chelsea for £50m in 2011.
