Tommy Haas is happy with his current form after reaching the semi-finals of the Miami Masters.

World number 18 Tommy Haas has expressed his happiness after booking his place in the final four of the Miami Masters.

The German progressed from the quarter-finals of the tournament following his straight-sets victory over Gilles Simon, taking the match 6-3 6-1.

The 34-year-old, who defeated world number one Novak Djokovic in straight sets on Tuesday, is delighted with his current form.

"I used my chances right away in the second set and took that momentum," Haas told Sky Sports News.

"Again, I played the way I wanted to, using my all-around game and variety. I think I did that pretty well."

Haas will face David Ferrer in the semi-finals.
