Torino are drawing 1-1 with a 10-man Inter Milan side at half time in Serie A this evening, thanks to goals from Alexander Farnerud and Fredy Guarin.
The fans were made to wait longer than usual for proceedings to get underway, but they were not disappointed as the opening minutes saw Inter pick up a red card and Torino miss a penalty.
Inter keeper Samir Handanovic was sent off in the sixth minute after he brought down Alessio Cerci in the six-yard box. However, substitute goalkeeper Juan Pablo Carrizo got across to keep out Cerci's spot kick to keep the scores level.
The keeper was called into action again soon after when he had to turn Danilo D'Ambrosio's effort round the post, as Torino began to make their extra man count.
The home side then took the lead in the 22nd minute as Farnerud crashed a fierce half-volley into the bottom corner following an impressive exchange with Cerci.
However, Inter hit back right on the stroke of half time as Guarin produced a superb overhead kick to give the away side hope going into the second half.
