Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly turned down the chance to sign Brazilian international Hulk on a loan deal.
Speculation earlier today had claimed that the 27-year-old's current employers Zenit St Petersburg had offered the Londoners the chance to add him to their squad for the season.
However, the Russian club wanted a fee in the region of £10m, which Spurs are not willing to meet, according to Goal.com.
The report also added that Spurs manager Andre Villas-Boas has given up his pursuit of Blackpool winger Thomas Ince.
