Hugo Lloris praises Tottenham Hotspur fans

Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris praises the club's fans after completing his first campaign at White Hart Lane.

Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris has praised the club's fans following his first season at White Hart Lane.

The French international joined Spurs from Lyon last summer before going on to establish himself in the first team.

"This season has been important for me, a new step in my career and I really appreciate playing for Tottenham and playing at White Hart Lane with great fans," Lloris, 26, told the club's official website.

"We won a lot of important games this season including Arsenal and Manchester City and that's when we really felt the power of our fans. It was a great feeling."

Lloris played 34 games in all competitions for Tottenham during the last campaign.
