Real Madrid are reportedly closely monitoring Penarol teenager Facundo Pellistri ahead of a potential move for the attacker during this summer's transfer window.
The 18-year-old has been in impressive form for his Uruguayan club since breaking into the first team, scoring once and providing three assists in 25 appearances.
Pellistri, whose current deal with Penarol will run until the summer of 2022, has previously been linked with Atletico Madrid and Valencia.
However, according to AS, Madrid have sent scouts to watch the attacker in action this season and are now weighing up an offer ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.
The Uruguayan, who is thought to be valued by his current club in the region of €4m (£3.5m), has largely operated as a right winger for Diego Forlan's side.
Los Blancos, meanwhile, have allegedly assured struggling centre-forward Luka Jovic that he will not be sold during this summer's transfer window.
