York City sign Middlesbrough defender Bradley Halliday on loan

League Two side York City sign Bradley Halliday on a month's loan from Middlesbrough as the 19-year-old right-back becomes Russ Wilcox's fourth signing.

League Two side York City have signed Bradley Halliday from Championship club Middlesbrough on a month's loan.

The 19-year-old right-back joins the League Two strugglers having arrived at the Teesside outfit in the summer.

Manager Russ Wilcox told the York Evening Press: "Brad will bring more competition because we need to have all positions covered."

Halliday, Wilcox's fourth signing since taking over at York last month, has yet to make his first senior appearance for Boro.
