Manchester City attacking midfielder David Silva has dismissed suggestions that there is any clause in his contract that will allow him to move to Barcelona or Real Madrid.
The 26-year-old recently signed a new five-year contract with the Premier League champions that will see him remain at the Etihad Stadium until June 2017.
"I renewed my contract because I am happy here," Silva told Cope Radio. "I hope we will continue to improve and fight for more titles.
At the moment I am thinking about that, not about the future. I'm only thinking about continuing to play, to enjoy and try to win titles.
"There is no clause in my contract allowing me to leave for Madrid or Barcelona."
Silva joined City from Spanish club Valencia in the summer of 2010.
