Nedum Onuoha is hoping that Queens Park Rangers can avoid relegation this weekend and that Manchester City can win the Premeir League title.

Nedum Onuoha has claimed that it could be the best day of his career if Queens Park Rangers avoid relegation and Manchester City win the Premier League on Sunday.

QPR face Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium this weekend and both teams will be searching for a win for different reasons.

However, Onuoha has admitted that he would love to see QPR avoid relegation as well as former club Manchester City lift their first Premier League title.

The 25-year-old said: "To think they could win the league and we could stay up... it would be one of the best days of my career.

"But QPR staying up is the biggest thing for me, no question. As long as we experience that emotion, then everything else is a bonus."

QPR manager Mark Hughes will reportedly collect a £1m bonus if the club stay in the Premier League.
