Report: Everton to sign Oumar Niasse

A report claims that Everton are on the verge of completing a £13.5m deal for Lokomotiv Moscow striker Oumar Niasse.

Everton are reportedly close to completing a £13.5m deal for Lokomotiv Moscow striker Oumar Niasse.

A report earlier this month claimed that the 25-year-old was being tracked by a number of Premier League clubs including Manchester United and Chelsea.

However, according to The Guardian, Everton have won the race to sign the Senegal international and will complete the deal before Monday's transfer deadline.

Niasse, who helped Lokomotiv win the Russian Cup last season, has scored 13 times in all competitions this season.
