Everton forward Kevin Mirallas has expressed his delight at having a player of Samuel Eto'o's reputation at the club.
The Cameroon striker joined on a two-year deal from Chelsea in the summer, and the Belgium international talked up the pedigree that the former Barcelona man brings to Goodison Park.
Mirallas told the Liverpool Echo: "Every day he speaks to me and tells me to make runs down the left or right, guiding me.
"Or I'll go to him with a problem and say, 'Samuel I don't know whether to use my left foot. I don't feel as good on it' but he says 'No problem my friend. If you work hard each day you can become a top player'.
"He's played with Ronaldinho and Lionel Messi so he knows what he's talking about. To have him here is great. He's played at some of the best clubs in the world and scored a lot of goals. He's a good guy."
