Aston Villa are reportedly ready to make a £25m offer for Chelsea forward Tammy Abraham during the summer transfer window.
Abraham has spent the majority of the season on loan at the Championship outfit, with 26 goals being scored from 38 outings in the second tier.
The England international will return to Stamford Bridge at the end of Villa's playoff campaign, but it appears that the club's owners want to secure an immediate reunion.
According to The Telegraph, Villa are prepared to spend £25m to sign Abraham on a permanent basis, providing that they win promotion to the Premier League.
Villa currently hold a 2-1 advantage over West Bromwich Albion in their semi-final tie, with Leeds United or Derby County awaiting them in the final should they see off the Baggies.
Any progression in negotiations with Chelsea could depend on whether the Blues successfully overturn a two-window transfer ban.
