Inter Milan cruise past CFR Cluj

A 3-0 win on the night gives Inter Milan a 5-0 aggregate victory over CFR Cluj in the last 32 of the Europa League.

Inter Milan have eased into the last 16 of the Europa League with a 3-0 triumph over CFR Cluj.

The victory on the night at the Stadionul Gruia was enough to give the Italians a 5-0 aggregate win.

Inter took the lead in the 22nd minute when Fredy Guarin tapped in at the back post after Rodrigo Palacio had broken the offside trap.

The tie was all but over in first-half injury time as a fumble from Cluj goalkeeper Mario Felgueiras allowed Guarin to slot in.

The Italians made sure of their progress in the final minute through Marco Benassi's strike.
