Blackpool captain Alex Baptiste has conceded that the team is in a relegation battle in the Championship.
The Seasiders are four points off the drop zone following a run of one win in their last six matches.
"It's a relegation battle we are in now," Baptiste told the Blackpool Gazette.
"We probably need a little bit more quality. We need to start adding more goals to our game.
"It's all to play for in the next eight games."
Blackpool return to league action on March 29 when they face fellow strugglers Blackburn Rovers at Ewood Park.
