Blackburn Rovers have urged fans to remain patient while they hunt for the right successor to Steve Kean at Ewood Park.
Kean resigned at the end of last month, and global advisor Shebby Singh has said that it is a decision that cannot be rushed.
"We understand that many supporters are feeling frustrated," The Metro quotes Singh as saying. "We said from the outset that we would not be rushed into an appointment. This is far too big a decision for that
"It has been a very, very difficult three weeks – difficult in that we have to make a quick decision but, at the same time, we cannot rush. So give me more time now, rather than all of us rush into a decision and we all suffer together."
Blackburn are up to fifth in the Championship after this evening's win over Sheffield Wednesday.
