Blackburn Rovers manager Henning Berg has conceded that he can understand why his team were booed off at the end of their 4-1 home defeat to Cardiff City on Friday night.
Rovers have failed to win in front of their own supporters since Berg took charge in October.
With that statistic in mind, Berg has insisted that he will work hard in order to ensure that his team's fortunes at Ewood Park are reversed.
"You can understand the frustration and I hope they understand that we share it," he told BBC Radio Lancashire.
"We are all in it together, but I have the responsibility and there is no way I am going to go away and hide. It's part and parcel of the job."
Berg's side are currently 13th in the Championship table.
