Former Huddersfield Town boss Lee Clark is reportedly expected to be announced as Birmingham City's new manager after being given a second interview.

Former Huddersfield Town manager Lee Clark has reportedly emerged as the favourite to become Birmingham City's new boss.

The 39-year-old has been out of work since getting sacked from Huddersfield in February and has been a constant name linked to the Blues vacancy following the departure of Chris Hughton to Norwich City.

It is understood that Clark is likely to be handed the job with the Championship club after being asked to come back to St Andrew's for a second interview, according to the Daily Star.

Reports have claimed that Birmingham chief executive Peter Pannu will meet with Clark in the next two days.
