Atletico Madrid coach Diego Simeone has revealed that he is not the man to decide whether or not striker Mario Mandzukic is sold this summer.
Speculation has mounted that the 29-year-old could be Juventus-bound after Bianconeri chief Giuseppe Marotta confirmed an interest in signing the Croatia hitman.
"Mandzukic? Who goes and who stays is not up to me," he told Radio Marca.
"The club will decide what is best. We are happy with Mandzukic, he had a very competitive campaign.
"You've asked me about Mandzukic again and I repeat that he held our attack together when [Antoine] Griezmann started the season badly."
Mandzukic, whose contract expires in 2018, joined the then-Spanish champions from Bayern Munich last summer.
