Scottish League Two roundup: Berwick stun Arbroath

Sports Mole rounds up all of Saturday's action from Scottish League Two as Berwick stun league leaders Arbroath.

Berwick shocked Scottish League Two leaders Arbroath as goals from Lee Currie, Paul Willis and Andrew Russell gave them a 3-1 win at Shielfield Park.

However, Allan Moore's side stay top as second-placed Albion Rovers were beaten 2-0 by Clyde.

Steven McDougall and Scott Ferguson scored the goals that denied Albion pole position, while Queen's Park also lost to complete a miserable weekend for the top three.

Annan Athletic's Josh Todd and Peter Weatherson were on target for the Galabankies, but they remain a long way adrift of the the top three despite their respective defeats.

At the bottom of the table, East Stirlingshire recorded a 1-0 win over Elgin City to move to within one point of ninth-placed Montrose, who were soundly beaten by East Fife as goals from Sean Dickson, Ross Brown and Fraser Mullen gave Gary Naysmith's side a comfortable win.

Results in full: Albion Rovers 0-2 Clyde, Annan Athletic 2-0 Queen's Park, Berwick 3-1 Arbroath, East Stirlingshire 1-0 Elgin City, Montrose 0-3 East Fife.
