Liverpool have reportedly turned down a £15m bid from Crystal Palace for teenager Ben Doak.
The 19-year-old winger is currently on loan at Championship club Middlesbrough and has made 20 first-team appearances for Michael Carrick's side that sit fifth in the table.
Doak was named Championship Player of the Month for November after registering five assists in as many matches, while he has also chipped in with two goals so far this season.
The six-cap Scotland international's form in the second tier is understood to have caught the eye of a number of teams in England and abroad, with Sky Sports among those reporting that Liverpool have knocked back approaches from several clubs.
According to multiple reports, including The Times, Crystal Palace have submitted an opening offer for Doak worth £15m, but their bid has been flatly rejected by Liverpool.
The report adds that the Eagles are expected to table a second offer for Doak, but whether it will match Liverpool's own valuation of the player remains to be seen.

Doak demands made clear by Liverpool amid Palace interest
The Reds are thought to value Doak in the region of £30m, with the summer transfers of Crysencio Summerville to West Ham United (£25m) and Wilson Odobert to Tottenham Hotspur (£30m) used 'as a benchmark'.
Liverpool are said to be happy with Doak's progress at Middlesbrough and they believe that he still has a future at Anfield and can be integrated in Arne Slot's first-team squad.
Doak joined Liverpool as a 16-year-old from Celtic for around £600,000 and has since made only 10 senior appearances for the Merseysiders, including his debut in November 2022.
The winger was sent out on loan last summer to gain valuable first-team experience, as Slot already has a wealth of attacking options at his disposal, with Mohamed Salah, Luis Diaz, Cody Gakpo, Diogo Jota, Darwin Nunez, Federico Chiesa and Harvey Elliott all battling for starts.
Crystal Palace are understood to have identified Doak as one of their top January targets, and Oliver Glasner has already confirmed that his side "have a clear commitment" to "sign two new players" this month.
Meanwhile, the Eagles are allegedly one of nine Premier League clubs who have expressed an interest in signing 20-year-old Slavia Prague wing-back El Hadji Malick Diouf.
