Wolverhampton Wanderers announce that defender Kortney Hause has signed a new three-year contract at Molineux.

Defender Kortney Hause has penned a new three-year contract at Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Hause has endured a frustrating campaign at Molineux, with just three starts coming in cup competitions and a further seven minutes being provided in the Championship.

However, the 22-year-old has suggested that he jumped at the chance to extend his stay at the West Midlands outfit, while saying that he had still found this season to be "a learning curve".

Hause told the club's official website: "It feels good. I've been at the club for a few years now, four in total. I've signed a new three-year-deal at the club so I'm happy that I've been able to commit my future to Wolves.

"I haven't really played this season, which has been frustrating for me, but I understand that's football. I haven't played many games but I've still learnt a lot, it's been a good learning curve for me.

"The players that have been playing have been doing well so I just have to be patient and hopefully my chance will come."

In total, Hause has made 78 appearances for Wolves since signing from Wycombe Wanderers in 2014.
