Wolverhampton Wanderers have reportedly emerged as the frontrunners to sign highly-rated Hartlepool United youngster Harrison Webster.
The 15-year-old defender is a sought-after prospect among clubs in the country's top divisions and is said to be on the verge of breaking into the Conference outfit's first team.
According to The Sun, Leicester City and West Ham United are monitoring Webster's progress, but Premier League-bound Wolves are in pole position to secure his services.
Wolves are currently six points clear of second-placed Cardiff City at the top of the Championship with six games remaining.
The Midlands club's next fixture is a top-of-the-table clash with Cardiff in Wales.
