Claudio Yacob signs new West Bromwich Albion deal

West Bromwich Albion midfielder Claudio Yacob extends his stay at The Hawthorns by a further two years.

Claudio Yacob has committed his future to West Bromwich Albion by penning a new two-year deal.

The 27-year-old midfielder has made 85 appearances for the Baggies since joining from Racing Club in 2012.

West Brom's director of football administration Richard Garlick revealed last month that talks over a new contract were ongoing with the three-cap Argentina international.

Yacob, who made 26 appearances for the club in all competitions last season, has now put pen to paper to extend his stay at The Hawthorns until 2017.
