Toulouse midfielder Moussa Sissoko has repeated his desire to play in the Premier League.
The 21-year-old, who turned down moves to Liverpool and Bolton Wanderers in 2003, recently saw a transfer to Serie A side Roma stall.
"The English league attracts me first," Sissoko told Bein Sport.
"My profile might interest some clubs. But if I leave Tefece it will be for a higher club like Man United, Arsenal, [Man] City or even Newcastle and Tottenham. But I know I still have to work for it."
Sissoko has been capped three times for the French national team.
