Report: Swansea City agree Alberto Paloschi fee with Chievo

Swansea City reportedly agree an £8m fee with Chievo to sign former AC Milan and Italy Under-21 striker Alberto Paloschi.

Relegation-threatened Premier League outfit Swansea City have reportedly agreed an £8m fee with Chievo for striker Alberto Paloschi.

According to The Guardian, the Swans are looking to bolster their frontline before the January transfer window shuts on Monday.

Swansea are said to be in talks with the player's representatives and new head coach Francesco Guidolin will be familiar with the 26-year-old given his plentiful Serie A experience.

Atalanta are thought to be battling Swansea for the signature of Paloschi, who has scored eight goals in 20 appearances for Chievo this season.
