Swansea boss Michael Laudrup believes that his side deserved at least a point from Saturday's 1-0 loss at Manchester City.

Swansea City manager Michael Laudrup has claimed that his side deserved at least a point from Saturday's 1-0 defeat at Manchester City.

The Swans held their own for much of the match at the Etihad Stadium before Carlos Tevez fired in the winner midway through the second half.

"When you go to play the champions in an away game and you lose 1-0 then sometimes you think that is okay because nobody expects anything, but we kept them to just one chance and I really think we deserved something from the match," said Laudrup.

A fourth defeat of the season has left the Swans in 10th place in the Premier League table.
