Report: Stoke City to sign Crystal Palace club captain Mile Jedinak

Stoke City are reportedly in talks with Crystal Palace over the signing of Australian midfielder Mile Jedinak, as a replacement for Steven N'Zonzi.

Stoke City are reportedly in talks with Crystal Palace over a move for Eagles club captain Mile Jedinak.

The 31-year-old, who moved to Selhurst Park from Turkish side Genclerbirligi in July 2011, has made 146 appearances for Palace, scoring 10 goals.

Australian defensive midfielder Jedinak has not started a Premier League fixture for the club so far this season.

According to Sky Sports News, Stoke manager Mark Hughes is trying to complete a deal for Jedinak as a replacement for Steven N'Zonzi, who joined Sevilla earlier in the summer.

Jedinak has made 59 international appearances for Australia, scoring nine goals.
