Hugo Lloris: 'Stoke City dangerous from set pieces'

Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris expects Stoke City to pose a threat from set pieces.

Hugo Lloris has said that Tottenham Hotspur are prepared for Stoke City to pose a threat from set pieces during their Premier League match this weekend.

Stoke have lost just once in their last eight top-flight matches, leaving them 10th in the table ahead of tomorrow's game against Spurs.

The Tottenham goalkeeper told the club's website: "We know their quality on set pieces but we have to be strong in that area and play our football. They have more options now, they can play long or on the floor.

"It's a tough game but we know we can play our football with good runs, movement and keeping possession of the ball. If we do that, it will help us to stop them creating chances.

"We'll try to play our football, have a good performance collectively and try to get the three points."

Spurs have won their last four matches against the Potters.
